# Using custom dashboards

{% hint style="info" %}
Create custom charts and dashboards based on your connected data. Build reports for each person or team, and once you set up the data to track, you can track data and analyze performance with no extra work.
{% endhint %}

Click **Custom dashboard** in the left rail to open **Home**. Find and create dashboards from **Home** · **Discover** · **Dashboard groups** in the navigation panel. If you're new, start with the [Onboarding guide](/guide/en/customdashboard/custom/onbording.md).

## Available data sources

<details>

<summary>Order data</summary>

Visualize charts using data from your connected sales channels. Use a variety of charts to visualize and track the data sales channels provide, such as payment amount, sales, product selling price, coupons, discounts, shipping fees, reward points, deposits, refund/cancellation amounts, net sales, and actual payment amount.

</details>

<details>

<summary>Ad data</summary>

Visualize charts using data from your connected ad channels. Use a variety of charts to visualize and track the data ad channels provide, such as impressions, reach, clicks, ad spend, conversions, conversion revenue, conversion ROAS, CPA, CPC, CPM, and CTR.

</details>

<details>

<summary>Base product data</summary>

Visualize and track financial metrics such as cost, margin, margin rate, contribution margin, contribution margin rate, ad spend, ad spend to sales ratio, and conversion ROAS. The data is generated automatically from your **Option ↔ base product matching** and **Ad ↔ product matching** work in **Data management**.

</details>

<details>

<summary>GA4 API</summary>

Visualize and analyze the measures you want using event data such as acquisition/engagement/active users, visit-to-purchase conversion, and search keywords.

</details>

## Available charts

Choose the chart type on the **Chart** tab of the settings panel on the right of the chart editor. The names in parentheses are the short names shown on the **Chart** tab.

<details>

<summary>Line chart (**Line**)</summary>

Compare several dimensions on one measure, or analyze several measures of a single dimension, to quickly see changes in time-series data.

</details>

<details>

<summary>Bar chart (**Bar**)</summary>

Efficient for quickly comparing the measures of the dimensions you set. Bars are drawn in the order you set the dimensions. Efficient for comparing values over a cumulative period.

</details>

<details>

<summary>Multi chart (**Combo**)</summary>

Visualize two or more measures as lines / bars to see how they change over time.

</details>

<details>

<summary>Column chart (**Column**)</summary>

Efficient for comparing the measures of the dimensions you set as vertical bars. Columns are drawn in the order you set the dimensions.

</details>

<details>

<summary>Scorecard (**Card**)</summary>

Manage the key metrics you want to measure as cards and see them at a glance. Efficient for measuring values over a cumulative period.

</details>

<details>

<summary>Bump chart (**Bump**)</summary>

Efficient for analyzing how rankings change over time. Rankings are based on the selected measure, so you can quickly see the top / bottom ranks.

</details>

<details>

<summary>Pie chart (**Pie**)</summary>

Efficient for seeing each dimension's share of the total for a measure. Slices are drawn in the order you set the dimensions.

</details>

<details>

<summary>Quadrant chart (**Quadrant**)</summary>

Select two measures, X and Y, to quickly find dimensions that do well on both X and Y, and those that do poorly on both. When performance is poor, you can judge whether to improve X or Y.

</details>

<details>

<summary>Table (**Table**)</summary>

View all loaded data as a table. Hide, show, or reorder specific columns, making it efficient for viewing all your data at once. Data download is supported.

</details>

<details>

<summary>Pareto chart (**Pareto**)</summary>

An efficient chart for identifying the top performers among dimensions. The chart is drawn based on the A, B, C groups and measure settings.

</details>

<details>

<summary>Calendar chart (**Calendar**)</summary>

A chart that places values on a calendar grid so you can see at a glance when they rise and when they drop. The query period unit (day/week/month/quarter/year) decides what one cell and one grid cover, making it good for finding patterns that follow the rhythm of time, such as days of the week or the start of the month.

</details>

<details>

<summary>Map chart (**Map**)</summary>

A chart that analyzes order data by province/metropolitan city/state, city/county/district, and town/township/neighborhood, and visualizes it on a map.

</details>

<details>

<summary>Waterfall chart (**Waterfall**)</summary>

Shows how a result remains after adding and subtracting at each step from a starting value. The first measure chosen on the **Data** tab is the starting value, and the remaining measures are added or subtracted as steps. For example, subtract discounts and cost in turn from the payment amount to see how much is left. Dimensions and frequency aren't used; when frequency is **Cumulative**, the chart is drawn with the value for the whole query period.

</details>

{% hint style="info" %}
Cohort, funnel, flow, cross-selling, growth capacity, repurchase cycle, and first purchase / repurchase analyses are also available directly in custom dashboards. Choose them in **Analytics mode** on the **Data** tab of the chart editor.
