# Table

View all data loaded by your data settings in a table. You can hide or show specific columns and change their order, which makes it efficient for viewing all your data at once. Data download is supported.

## How to use <a href="#guide" id="guide"></a>

Once you've set the data source, dimensions and data filters on the Data tab, click **Table** in the type grid on the **Chart** tab of the settings panel on the right.

1. Click the **Chart** tab in the settings panel on the right, then click **Table** in the type grid. Only the table is shown, with no chart area.

2. Click the **Table** tab and select a **Table type** (List · Snapshot · Pivot).

**The Table type has no chart, so it always shows all data.** For other chart types, you can choose one of two options under **Dimension data settings** on the **Table** tab.

* **Chart data**: The table follows the dimension data set in the chart settings. If you deselect a dimension in the chart, the table updates automatically.
* **All data**: The table shows all data set on the Data tab, regardless of the chart settings.

3. In the column settings on the **Table** tab, turn columns off or on and change their order to arrange the table the way you want.

* **Hide from table**: Hides a column shown in the table. You can also hide all at once with **Hide all**.
* **Show in table**: Shows a hidden column in the table again. You can also show all at once with **Show all**.
* **Move columns**: Drag the handle to the left of each column to change the order.

For table charts, the download range is fixed to **All data**, and columns hidden in the table settings aren't included in the file. Set up the columns the way you want before downloading.
