# Sign-ups

See the number of sign-ups and net sign-ups during the period you set.

What are net sign-ups?

The number of sign-ups excluding members who signed up more than once with the same phone number, etc. Shown on screen as **Users** (the number of sign-ups is **Members**).

## How to use the chart

1. In the left rail, go to **Dashboard** › **User Analysis** in the navigation panel › **Join**. In the first row of the filter bar, choose the date range and unit.

* **Unit:** Available as **Daily** · **Weekly** · **Monthly** · **Quarterly** · **Yearly** (default **Monthly**).
* **Date range:** Select the period of data to visualize. By default, the last 3 months (the 1st of two months ago \~ today) are shown. Counts are based on the sign-up date.

2. In **Sales channel** in the **Only show what?** row, choose the sales channels to check member counts for. You can add other conditions, such as store, in **Advanced filter**.

3. In the **What do you want to see?** row, choose **Metric** and **Break down by**.

* **Metric:** Choose from **Members** · **Users** · **Cumulative members** · **Cumulative users** · **Average age**.
* **Break down by:** Split the view by **Sales channel** · **Store**.
* By default, the chart draws only Members. Change other metrics in **What to chart?**. The table below shows all selected metrics by period.
