# Data sources · Renaming stores

{% hint style="info" %}
In **Settings** › **Data source**, you can see in one place which data is connected, what's disconnected, and what goes into your analysis. On this screen you can rename stores, choose which data to include in analysis, and re-aggregate the numbers.
{% endhint %}

## Open the screen

1. Click **Settings** in the left rail, then click **Data** › **Data source** in the navigation panel.

   ![Settings › Data source screen](https://616205588-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2Fqr1veGyUqCNwQBBmk3yt%2Fuploads%2Fgit-blob-05deb724f07f39ed6b57ca6e4b0c937f4633ab69%2Fdatamanage__channel_name__01.png?alt=media)
2. Check the counts for **Connected accounts** · **Data source** · **Needs attention** · **Excluded** in the summary at the top. Click **Needs attention** · **Excluded** · **Dormant** · **Overseas channels** under **Saved views** to show only the sources matching that condition.

{% hint style="info" %}

* In **Group by**, you can group the list by **Channel** · **Account**.
* Find the sources you want with the **Search name, account, brand, channel, ID** field and **Filter**. You can save frequently used conditions with **Save current filters as a view**.
* Times are in KST.
  {% endhint %}

## Renaming stores

{% hint style="info" %}
**You can rename stores to match how your company operates.**\
Note that renaming a store **is also applied to all metrics and statistics in your existing dashboards**. It also applies to other sources that use the same store ID.
{% endhint %}

1. In the **Data source** list, click **⋯** (More actions) at the right end of the store row you want to rename, then click **Rename store**.

   ![Rename store in the More actions menu](https://616205588-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2Fqr1veGyUqCNwQBBmk3yt%2Fuploads%2Fgit-blob-656c9331de704fe1de057606237003652adc25c2%2Fdatamanage__channel_name__02.png?alt=media)
2. The store name turns into an input field. Enter the new name and click **Save** or press Enter. (In the **Details** panel opened by clicking a store row, enter the name in the **Shop name** field and click **Save store name**.)

   ![Entering the store name](https://616205588-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2Fqr1veGyUqCNwQBBmk3yt%2Fuploads%2Fgit-blob-889fc3da65945608b86eed37975c9e93351d5b6b%2Fdatamanage__channel_name__03.png?alt=media)
3. When the notification "Renamed the store to '…' · reflected from the next aggregation" appears, you're done. If you renamed it by mistake, click **Undo** in the notification to restore the previous name. (The notification is shown for 7 seconds.)

   <figure><img src="https://616205588-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2Fqr1veGyUqCNwQBBmk3yt%2Fuploads%2Fgit-blob-88e04786ba8b5eba7821cd52237a765991e8d8ba%2Fdatamanage__channel_name__04.png?alt=media" alt="Store name saved notification" width="645"><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

{% hint style="warning" %}
The new name is applied to the store dimension in dashboards **from the next aggregation**. Right after saving, you may still see the previous name.
{% endhint %}

## Choosing data to include in analysis (In analysis)

If you connect the same channel through both a sales channel connector and an integrated store management solution (EasyAdmin · Sabangnet, etc.), the same data may be counted twice. In that case, turn off **In analysis** for the overlapping source.

1. Turn off the switch in the **In analysis** column for the source you want to exclude. For several sources, check the boxes on the left and click **Exclude from analysis** in the bulk action bar.

   <figure><img src="https://616205588-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2Fqr1veGyUqCNwQBBmk3yt%2Fuploads%2Fgit-blob-b83712fa376ffae4dfc366968a855eec71b044e2%2Fdatamanage__channel_name__05.png?alt=media" alt="In analysis switch" width="645"><figcaption></figcaption></figure>
2. Click **Save and regenerate** in the save bar at the bottom of the screen.
3. In the **Save and regenerate statistics?** confirmation window, check the number of changes and save.

   ![Save and regenerate confirmation window](https://616205588-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2Fqr1veGyUqCNwQBBmk3yt%2Fuploads%2Fgit-blob-974683bd19af232e7483715871644afc8335f0a9%2Fdatamanage__channel_name__06.png?alt=media)

{% hint style="info" %}

* Excluding a source from analysis **doesn't stop collection.** It's only removed from the numbers.
* It may take up to several tens of minutes to be reflected in statistics. Until then, dashboard numbers show the previous values.
* If you see **Watch for double counting** on screen, there are overlapping sources.
* **Hide unused sources** only tidies up the list. Hidden sources are still included in analysis.
  {% endhint %}

## Choosing whether to use matching

For sources that send option matching data (Google Sheets · integrated solutions, etc.), you can decide whether to use that matching in the **Use matching** column. After changing it, click **Save and regenerate** to recalculate option matching as well.

## Re-aggregating now

If you've changed cost · matching · name settings and want to rebuild the numbers right away, click **Regenerate now** at the top. Click **Regenerate** in the confirmation window to start.

<figure><img src="https://616205588-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2Fqr1veGyUqCNwQBBmk3yt%2Fuploads%2Fgit-blob-c6dc3d43d2cd843f205c4824119e4fc83037f23f%2Fdatamanage__channel_name__07.png?alt=media" alt="Regenerate now and progress status" width="645"><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

{% hint style="info" %}

* Rebuilds the numbers with the current cost · matching · name settings, leaving **In analysis** settings as they are. It runs even if nothing has changed.
* While it runs, **Re-aggregating** is shown, and aggregation continues even if you leave the page.
* If you have unsaved changes, use **Save and regenerate** in the save bar.
  {% endhint %}

## EasyAdmin column matching

If you connected customer inquiries · reviews through EasyAdmin, you can map EasyAdmin columns to Laplace fields.

1. Click **⋯** on the EasyAdmin customer inquiry · review source row, then click **Map the columns**.
2. In the **Column map settings** window, choose **Apply to stores**, and for each **Laplace field**, pick the matching **EasyAdmin column**. Fields marked \* are required.
3. Click **Save**. Once saved, it's applied to the data every 30 minutes.

<figure><img src="https://616205588-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2Fqr1veGyUqCNwQBBmk3yt%2Fuploads%2Fgit-blob-705fef8fdb7b4797a8dd851f94e42302ea57e0b6%2Fdatamanage__channel_name__08.png?alt=media" alt="Column map settings window" width="533"><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

{% hint style="info" %}
You can match columns while viewing the EasyAdmin source data in **Source preview**. To return to the initial state, click **Reset to default matching**.
{% endhint %}
