# Custom alerts

{% hint style="info" %}
Beyond the default alerts, you can receive the metrics you want at the time and under the conditions you want. There are three alert types.

* **Scheduled report**: Sent at the set time, every time.
* **Value**: Sent only when a measure meets the threshold you set. (e.g. alert when daily sales are under KRW 1,000,000)
* **Anomaly**: Sent when a change departs from the usual trend.

You can receive alerts by email · Slack · Kakao Alimtalk.

Things to note when setting up custom alerts

* Condition alerts (Value · Anomaly) can use only one data source. If you pick several charts, you can send only scheduled reports.
* The Kakao channel only sends alerts with a single data source.
* You can add up to 5 contacts per alert.
* You can't set a send time during data collection hours, 00:00 \~ 08:00 (KST).
* **Send now** uses the last saved settings. Unsaved changes aren't included.
* If the chart or data an alert uses changes, the card shows **Delivery stopped**. Open the alert and fix the cause.
* If you don't have permission to view alerts, **Alerts** doesn't appear in the left rail. With view-only permission you can't change alerts, so ask the project owner for edit permission.
  {% endhint %}

{% hint style="info" %}
Manage the Slack channels and contacts that receive alerts in **Settings** › **Alerts & AI** › **Notification channels**. Clicking **Contacts** above the **Alert list** also takes you to contacts. For details, see [Alert settings](/guide/en/etc/alert.md).
{% endhint %}
