# Claude (web/app) - (OAuth)

1. Select your **`Profile`** at the bottom left of Claude, then click the **`Settings`** button.

2. In Settings, go to **`Connectors`**, click the **`Add`** button at the top right, then click "**`Add custom connector`**".

3. Enter **`Laplace Analytics`** as the name and **`https://gateway.laplacetec.com/mcp`** as the server address (MCP Server URL), then click the Add button.\
   (You don't need to fill in the advanced settings!)

4. Click the Connect button, and the Laplace login screen opens. Sign in with your Laplace account.

5. Click the **`Allow Access`** button.

6. Enter your Laplace account.

Enter the account you use to sign in to Laplace.

If the account details are entered incorrectly, the MCP connection may fail. Check your sign-in method (regular login vs. Google login) and the account you sign in with before continuing.

7. In a new chat, click the **`+ button`**, then under **`Connectors`** you can turn **`Laplace Analytics`** on or off and choose its context.

Click Add on Laplace Analytics to see the list of reference documents. You can also just ask Claude directly.
