If the store you connect has no **order data (sales history)**, you can't connect it. * In Laplace, you can connect **order data** ([Online stores](/guide/en/startguide/connect/mall.md) · [Global stores](/guide/en/startguide/connect/mall.md#global) · [E-commerce solutions](/guide/en/startguide/connect/solution.md) · [Spreadsheets](/guide/en/startguide/connect/spreadsheet.md)), **ad data** ([Ad channels](/guide/en/startguide/connect/ad.md)), **event data** ([GA4](/guide/en/startguide/connect/events.md)), [**review data**](/guide/en/startguide/connect/review.md), and [**CS data**](/guide/en/startguide/connect/cs.md), and you can also send data directly via [DB connection](/guide/en/startguide/connect/db.md). 1. Click **Data Connect** in the left rail. You can also pick a connector from the navigation panel next to the rail. Enter a name in **Search connectors**, or expand a category below and click the connector you want.

When you pick a connector, the connector screen opens. Click **Data Connect** at the right of the header to open the connection window. You can see your current step in **How to connect** at the top of the window; enter the information as instructed, then click the connect button, such as **Connect**. Click **View sample** to preview the screens you'll see after connecting, using sample data. Also check **How to connect** and **Before you start** at the bottom of the screen for the connection steps and what to prepare. {% endhint %} 4. When the connection is complete, data collection starts automatically. From ⋯ (**More actions**) at the right of a row, you can **Refresh** and **Renew Authentication**. ## Order data * Order data means the data from your connected online stores, global stores, and e-commerce solutions. It includes order, product, and user data, and is essential for visualizing charts. * In **Connect your store**, you can connect Cafe24, Smartstore, Coupang Wing, imweb, Godomall5, MakeShop (coming soon), Kakao Shopping, Shopby, and Toss Shopping. * In **Connect To Global Shopping Mall**, you can connect Amazon, SHOPLINE, and Qoo10 (Japan). * If you use Sabangnet or EZAdmin, you can connect all other channels through **E-commerce solutions**. {% hint style="info" %} If you don't use Sabangnet or EZAdmin and want to connect a channel Laplace doesn't support, you can combine data from any channel through a spreadsheet connection. 👉 Learn more in the [Spreadsheet guide](/guide/en/startguide/connect/spreadsheet.md) {% endhint %} ## Ad data * Ad data means the data from your connected ad channels. It includes ad metrics such as impressions, clicks, and conversion revenue, and is essential for visualizing the ad charts you want to track. * You can connect Naver GFA, Naver Search Ads, Facebook/Instagram, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Kakao Moment, Kakao Keyword, and Criteo. * Naver GFA is available from the Growth plan. {% hint style="info" %} If you want to connect an ad channel Laplace doesn't support, you can combine data from any channel through a spreadsheet connection. 👉 Learn more in the [Spreadsheet guide](/guide/en/startguide/connect/spreadsheet.md) {% endhint %} ## Event data * Event data means the data from your connected GA4. GA4 data includes event data such as active users, sessions, and revenue, and is essential for visualizing the event data you want to track. {% hint style="info" %} Currently, only GA4 data is supported. {% endhint %} ## RPA connection With RPA, you can connect any channel you want. However, it's available from the Growth plan.
