# Connecting Naver GFA

**Naver GFA can be connected from the Growth plan.** In a project below the Growth plan or with an expired subscription, clicking **Data Connect** opens the notice **This service is available from the Growth plan**. The project owner can click **Compare plans and billing** to change the plan; members should ask the project owner to change the plan.

## Naver GFA connection guide

To connect Naver GFA, you need to <mark style="background-color:yellow;">invite both</mark> <mark style="background-color:yellow;">**laplacian0**</mark> <mark style="background-color:yellow;">and</mark> <mark style="background-color:yellow;">**laplacetec**</mark> <mark style="background-color:yellow;">as ad account administrators in the Naver Integrated Ad Center</mark>.

1. Go to the Naver Integrated Ad Center, then in the left menu bar go to **1) 통합 광고주센터 (Integrated Advertiser Center) > 2) 광고 계정 관리 (Ad account management) > 3) the account to connect**.

2. In **권한 관리 (Permission management)**, click the **「+멤버 초대」(+ Invite member)** button at the top right and invite both **laplacian0** and **laplacetec**.
   1. Set the permission level of both accounts to **「운영 조회」(Operations view)**.

3. Click **Data Connect** in the left rail, then enter Naver GFA in **Search connectors** in the navigation panel, or click **Connect Naver GFA** in the **Ad channels** category.

4. Click **Data Connect** at the right of the **Connect Naver GFA** screen header to open the connection window. You can see your current step in **How to connect** at the top of the window. Once you've invited both accounts, click **Next** under **Connection Info**.

If you haven't connected an account yet, the connector screen shows **What you can analyze once connected**. Click **View sample** to preview the screens you'll see after connecting, using sample data.

5. Enter the ad account to connect in **GFA account name**. If you have several ad accounts, add fields with **+ Add**, enter them all, then click the **Request connection** button.

* You can find the list of GFA accounts to connect by clicking the dropdown on your account at the right of the Naver Integrated Ad Center.

* Connected accounts appear in the connection table on the connector screen. From ⋯ (**More actions**) at the right of a row, you can **Refresh** and **Renew Authentication**.
* Because we import ad channel data for the longest period available, **it can take more than a day if there's a lot of data**. Naver GFA data is imported by crawling, so it may take longer than other connectors.

**Why does the data sync take so long?**

👉 Laplace doesn't just import your Naver GFA data; it also cleans the imported data and draws the charts. The more data there is, the longer it can take.

💬 You can track progress in **Jobs & data status** at the right of the top bar, and we'll also email you when the sync is complete. Collection continues even if you close Laplace, so feel free to close it.
