# Connect Cafe24

This connector is for stores operating in Korea.

A Cafe24 account can be connected **only with an operator account**. Sub-operator accounts can't be connected due to Cafe24's policy.

## Cafe24 connection guide

1. Click **Data Connect** in the left rail, then type Cafe24 in **Search connectors** in the navigation panel, or click **Connect Cafe24** in the **Connect your store** category.

2. Click **Data Connect** on the right side of the **Connect Cafe24** screen header to open the connection window. **How to connect** at the top of the window shows your current step. Enter the main operator ID registered with Cafe24 in **Main operator ID** and click **Connect**.

If you haven't connected an account yet, the connector screen shows **What you can analyze once connected**. Click **View sample** to preview, with sample data, the screens available after connecting.

3. On the Cafe24 login page, choose the **「대표운영자」(Main operator)** login and sign in.

`Sub-operator and supplier accounts` can't be connected. **Only operator accounts can be connected.**

4. Once you've signed in, the access permission screen below appears. Click **「동의함」(Agree)** and the data connection proceeds automatically.

* Connected accounts appear in the connection table on the connector screen. From ⋯ (**More actions**) on the right of a row, you can **Refresh** and **Renew Authentication**.

Laplace imports all data since the store was founded, so **it can take an hour or more if there's a lot of data**.

**Why does the data connection take so long?**

👉 Laplace doesn't just import your Cafe24 data: it also cleans the data and builds charts from it. The more data you have, the longer it may take.

💬 Check progress in **Jobs & data status** on the right of the top bar. We'll also email you when the connection is complete. Collection continues even if you close Laplace, so feel free to close it.

## When Cafe24 can't be connected

Data can't be imported **with a sub-operator account**.

* If the account you're connecting to Laplace is a sub-operator, it can't be connected due to Cafe24's policy.

👉 Try connecting **with an operator account** instead.

When **the connected store is deactivated** in the multi-store settings

* If you deactivate the store in the multi-store settings, data can't be imported from the point that change takes effect.

👉 In the multi-store settings, change the store's status from **Inactive** to **Active** and save.
