If you run several brands under one account, it's hard to tell brands apart. In that case, separate brands in **Data management** › **Base product**, then match them in **Option ↔ base product matching** to see them on the dashboard. See the [**FAQ**](#faq) below for details. {% endhint %} ## Coupang Wing connection guide **Get an OPEN API key** * You can apply for an OpenAPI key directly in WING (). * If you use an OMS such as Sabangnet or EasyAdmin, an additional API key can't be issued. {% hint style="danger" %} Are you using an OMS such as Sabangnet or EasyAdmin? Under Coupang's policy, two API keys can't currently be issued, so be sure to check the [FAQ](#faq) below before applying. {% endhint %} 1. Click **Data Connect** on the right side of the **Coupang - Wing Seller Delivery connection** screen header to open the connection window. **How to connect** at the top of the window shows your current step. From ⋯ (**More actions**) on the right of a row, you can **Refresh** and **Renew Authentication**. * Laplace imports all data since the store was founded, so **it can take an hour or more if there's a lot of data**. {% hint style="info" %} **Why does the data connection take so long?** 👉 Laplace doesn't just import your Coupang data: it also cleans the data and builds charts from it. The more data you have, the longer it may take. 💬 Check progress in **Jobs & data status** on the right of the top bar. We'll also email you when the connection is complete. Collection continues even if you close Laplace, so feel free to close it. {% endhint %} ## FAQ {% hint style="info" %} How do I change a brand name? 🛠 If you run multiple brands under one Coupang Wing account, brand names are hard to change.
