# Connect Godomall5

## Godomall5 connection guide

1. Click **Data Connect** in the left rail, then type Godomall5 in **Search connectors** in the navigation panel, or click **Connect Godomall5** in the **Connect your store** category.

2. Click **Data Connect** on the right side of the **Connect Godomall5** screen header to open the connection window. **How to connect** at the top of the window shows your current step. Under **Connection Info**, enter the **NHN Commerce ID** that manages your Godomall5 store and click **Link**.

You can find your NHN Commerce ID on the [NHN Commerce site](https://accounts.nhn-commerce.com/login).

If you haven't connected an account yet, the connector screen shows **What you can analyze once connected**. Click **View sample** to preview, with sample data, the screens available after connecting.

3. In the **Select Data Source** list, click the **Confirm** button to the right of the store you want to connect.

When you click the button, an authorization request is sent to the main email address registered for the store.

4. After you receive the authorization request at the store's registered main email address, click 「사용자 인증하기」(Verify user) in the email to **finish issuing the API user key**.

5. Copy the issued user key.

6. Paste the copied **API user key** into the **Godomall5 data authentication** window and click **Confirm**.

7. Stores that have been authorized show **Authenticated** on the right.

8. After authorization is complete, click **Connect** to proceed with the data connection.

**1**. If you click every **Confirm** button at once before proceeding, the user keys Godomall sends for each store get mixed up, so it's best to go one store at a time.

2\. If you want to connect several stores, you must complete authorization for each of them.

* Connected accounts appear in the connection table on the connector screen. From ⋯ (**More actions**) on the right of a row, you can **Refresh** and **Renew Authentication**.
* Laplace imports all data since the store was founded, so **it can take an hour or more if there's a lot of data**.

**Why does the data connection take so long?**

👉 Laplace doesn't just import your Godomall5 data: it also cleans the data and builds charts from it. The more data you have, the longer it may take.

💬 Check progress in **Jobs & data status** on the right of the top bar. We'll also email you when the connection is complete. Collection continues even if you close Laplace, so feel free to close it.
