# Connect Qoo10 (Japan)

## Qoo10 (Japan) connection guide

1. Go to the QSM website > click Contact Qoo10.

2. Set the category to **System**, **API・FTP・QSM permissions** and submit an inquiry requesting an API key.

API keys are issued by the responsible Qoo10 department.

Fill in the information according to the form below and send an API issuance request to that department.

* **API key issuance conditions and notes**
  * Your store opening review must be complete
  * Service points of 0 or more
  * No unprocessed items (delayed shipments, unhandled inquiries/claims, etc.)
  * A clear purpose of use
  * API keys aren't issued on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays. Requests sent on those days are issued in order from the next business day, so send your request with time to spare.

3. Once you have your API key, return to Laplace, click **Data Connect** in the left rail, then type Qoo10 in **Search connectors** in the navigation panel, or click **Connect Qoo10 (Japan)** in the **Connect To Global Shopping Mall** category.

4. Click **Data Connect** on the right side of the **Connect Qoo10 (Japan)** screen header to open the connection window. **How to connect** at the top of the window shows your current step. In **Enter account details**, enter the information below and click **Connect**.

   1. Enter the **API Key** you were issued.
   2. Enter your Qoo10 ID (**Qoo10 ID**) and **Password**.
   3. Enter the **Shop name**.

Only Qoo10 (Japan) accounts can be connected.

If you haven't connected an account yet, the connector screen shows **What you can analyze once connected**. Click **View sample** to preview, with sample data, the screens available after connecting. Also check **How to connect** and **Before you start** at the bottom of the screen for the connection steps and what to prepare.

* Connected accounts appear in the connection table on the connector screen. From ⋯ (**More actions**) on the right of a row, you can **Refresh** and **Renew Authentication**.
* Laplace imports all data since the store was founded, so **it can take an hour or more if there's a lot of data**.

**Why does the data connection take so long?**

👉 Laplace doesn't just import your Qoo10 data: it also cleans the data and builds charts from it. The more data you have, the longer it may take.

💬 Check progress in **Jobs & data status** on the right of the top bar. We'll also email you when the connection is complete. Collection continues even if you close Laplace, so feel free to close it.
