# Connect Toss Shopping

This guide explains how to connect your Toss Shopping data to Laplace.

### Before you start <a href="#ready" id="ready"></a>

To connect Toss Shopping data to Laplace, you need the following:

* A Toss Shopping Partners seller account
* The Access Key and Secret Key issued in Toss Shopping Partners
* Laplace's IP registered in the allowlist (must be registered on the Toss Shopping side)
* A Laplace account

### Step 1. Issue API keys in Toss Partners <a href="#step1" id="step1"></a>

Issue an Access Key and a Secret Key in the Toss Partners console.

1. Log in to Toss Partners (<https://shopping-seller.toss.im/>).
2. Go to your store name > 가맹점·계정 관리 (Merchant & account management) > 자체 개발 (In-house development), then click the **키 발급** (Issue key) button.

3. Enter **3.37.139.73** in **IP주소** (IP address) and click the **발급** (Issue) button.

4. Find the **Access Key and Secret Key** in the 자체 개발 (In-house development) menu and store them securely.

> The Secret Key works like a password. Be careful not to expose it.

### Step 2. Connect Toss Shopping in Laplace <a href="#step2" id="step2"></a>

1. Click **Data Connect** on the left rail, then type Toss Shopping in **Search connectors** in the navigation panel, or click **Toss Shopping Connect** in the **Connect your store** category.

If you haven't connected an account yet, the connector screen shows **What you can analyze once connected**. Click **View sample** to preview, with sample data, the screens you'll see after connecting. Also check **How to connect** and **Before you start** at the bottom of the screen for the connection steps and what to prepare.

2. On the **Toss Shopping Connect** screen, click **Data Connect** on the right of the header to open the connection window. **How to connect** at the top of the window shows which step you're on. In **Enter API key**, enter the **Access Key and Secret Key**, then click **Connect Toss Shopping Account**.

* Connected accounts appear in the connection table on the connector screen. Use ⋯ (**More actions**) on the right of a row to **Refresh** or **Renew Authentication**.

**Why does the data sync take so long?**

👉 Laplace doesn't just import your Toss Shopping data: it also cleans the imported data and builds charts from it. The more data you have, the longer this can take.

💬 You can track progress in **Jobs & data status** on the right of the top bar, and we'll also email you when the sync is complete. Collection continues even if you close Laplace, so feel free to close it.
