# Connect Sabangnet

This connector is for stores operating in Korea.

## How to connect Sabangnet
1. Click **Data Connect** on the left rail, then type Sabangnet in **Search connectors** in the navigation panel, or click **Sabangnet Connect** in the **E-commerce solutions** category.
2. On the **Sabangnet Connect** screen, click **Data Connect** on the right of the header to open the connection window. **How to connect** at the top of the window shows which step you're on. In **Connection Info**, enter your **Sabangnet ID** and **API Key**, then click the **Link** button.

If you haven't connected an account yet, the connector screen shows **What you can analyze once connected**. Click **View sample** to preview, with sample data, the screens you'll see after connecting.

3. In the **Select data sources (initial)** list, select the stores to connect, then click the **Connect** button.

* Stores with no sales in the last 90 days aren't listed. If the store you want to connect isn't listed, click the **+ Add store** button at the bottom, enter **Stores**, **Store CODE**, and **Store ID**, then click **Add**.\

* Connected accounts appear in the connection table on the connector screen. Use β― (**More actions**) on the right of a row to **Refresh** or **Renew Authentication**.
* Laplace imports all data since the store opened, so **with a large amount of data it can take more than an hour**.

**Why does the data sync take so long?**
π Laplace doesn't just import your Sabangnet data: it also cleans the imported data and builds charts from it. The more data you have, the longer this can take.
π¬ You can track progress in **Jobs & data status** on the right of the top bar, and we'll also email you when the sync is complete. Collection continues even if you close Laplace, so feel free to close it.

## Get the store ID
1. Log in to Sabangnet and go to **γκΈ°λ³Έ μ 보γ(Basic information)** in the sidebar.
2. Go to **γμΌνλͺ°κ΄λ¦¬(μ§μ)γ(Store management (supported))**.
3. Click **γκ±°λμ€γ(Active)** in the filter at the top to find the store to connect, check its **γμΌνλͺ° μ½λγ(Store code)**, and click the **γSet-Upγ** button.
4. Scroll to the bottom of the popup to find the **γμΌνλͺ° IDγ(Store ID)**. Enter the store code and store ID you found in **Store CODE** and **Store ID** in Laplace's **Add store** window.
## Get an API key (existing subscribers or partnership benefit users)
Find the key value on the Sabangnet website under λ§μ΄νμ΄μ§ (My page) > μλΉμ€ κ΄λ¦¬ (Service management) > μ°λν€ κ΄λ¦¬ (Integration key management).
## Get an API key (new payment)
This applies only if you're issuing a new API key. Follow the guide below in order.
1. Go to Sabangnet () and navigate to **γμλΉμ€ μ μ²γ(Apply for service) β γκ²°μ νκΈ°γ(Pay)**.
2. In the add-ons section, select **γAPI μλΉμ€γ(API service)** and complete the **payment**.
3. Find the **γAPI μΈμ¦ν€γ(API key)** in your email and follow [**the Sabangnet connection guide in step 1**](#undefined).

## When Sabangnet can't be connected

Stores whose trading is suspended, or that are active but have no orders
* Data for these stores can't be imported, so an error may occur when you try to connect.
