# CSデータ連携

運営しているブランドのCSデータを連携して管理できます。CSデータと注文データの実際の返金・キャンセルデータを組み合わせて、CS寄与率や、実際の返金・キャンセルに対するCS返金・キャンセル率など、さまざまなCS指標をトラッキングできます。

* 左レールの「データ連携」をクリックすると、ナビゲーションパネルの「CSデータ連携」カテゴリーに「Channel Talkと連携」があります。
* 連携前のコネクター画面の「連携するとできる分析」で、「応答・完了時間」、「商品・注文別の問い合わせ」など、連携後に見られる分析を確認できます。「サンプルを見る」をクリックすると、サンプルデータでプレビューできます。
