## 채널톡  연결 가이드

1. **\[데이터 연결]** 페이지로 이동하여 **\[CS 데이터 연결]**의 **\[채널 연결]**을 클릭해주세요.

2. **\[데이터 연결]** 버튼을 눌러주세요

3. 연결정보 (Access Key, Access Secret)을 입력해주신후 \[채널톡 계정 연동] 버튼을 클릭해주세요.

## 채널톡 API키 생성

1. 채널톡에서 \[설정] > \[보안 및 개발] > \[API] 페이지 이동합니다.

2. 우측 상단의 \[+새 인증키 만들기]버튼을 클릭하고, 인증키 이름을 입력합니다.

3. 생성된 Access Key, Access Secret을 확인하신 후 라플라스에 입력합니다.

인증키 이름은 변경이 어렵습니다. 구분이 쉬운 이름으로 설정해 주세요.

생성된 API가 삭제될 경우 라플라스에 연결이 끊어질 수 있습니다. API가 삭제되지 않도록 유의해 주세요!
