# Connect CS Data

Connect and manage CS data for the brands you operate. By linking CS data with actual refund/cancellation data from orders, you can track a range of CS metrics, such as CS contribution rate and CS refund/cancellation rate relative to actual refunds/cancellations.

* Click **Data Connect** in the left rail, and you'll find **Connect Channel Talk** in the **Connect CS Data** category of the navigation panel.
* Before connecting, **What you can analyze once connected** on the connector screen shows the analyses available after connecting, such as **Response & resolution time** and **Inquiries by product & order**. Click **View sample** to preview them with sample data.
