# Connect e-commerce solutions

By connecting an e-commerce integration solution such as Sabangnet or EasyAdmin, you can connect channels that Laplace doesn't support directly. However, user information can only be imported for up to 3 months, so user data is loaded starting 3 months before the time you connect to Laplace.\
\
e.g.) If you connected an e-commerce solution to Laplace on 2024.01.01, user data is imported from 2023.10.01.

All other data besides user information is loaded normally.

So do I have to do user analysis with only 3 months of data after connecting?\
If a channel is supported by Laplace, connect it directly. A direct connection imports all data since the store opened, which allows more accurate user analysis.

In this case, data from the same channel may be **counted twice**. In **Settings** › **Data source**, **turn off In analysis** for the overlapping side **and click Save and regenerate** to adjust which data is aggregated. Collection continues even when it's turned off.

## Adjust double counting

1. Click **Settings** at the bottom of the left rail, then go to **Data** › **Data source**. If you have both an e-commerce solution and directly connected channels, a **Watch for double counting** notice appears.

2. Turn off **In analysis** for the overlapping data source, then click **Save and regenerate** at the bottom. It can take up to several tens of minutes to be reflected in your statistics.
