# Connecting ad channels

{% hint style="info" %}
Regardless of **multiple accounts or multiple brands**, you can connect every ad account you run just by entering the account details.\
For **channels Laplace doesn't support yet**, you can also upload the data to a **spreadsheet**.
{% endhint %}

* Laplace is continuously developing connectors so customers can connect channels in Korea and abroad. If you want to combine data before a connector is available, we recommend a spreadsheet connection.
* Click **Data Connect** in the left rail to see all ad channels you can connect in the **Ad channels** category of the navigation panel.

{% hint style="info" %}
It may look like **the data connection has stalled for a long time**, but don't worry! Depending on **the amount of data in the connected ad account, it can take more than an hour**. You can track progress in **Jobs & data status** at the right of the top bar and in **Collection jobs in progress** on the connector screen, through the steps **Verify access** → **Fetching data** → **Organizing and aggregating** → **Done**. When the connection is complete, we'll send a notification to the email you registered with.
{% endhint %}

{% hint style="warning" %}
**Naver GFA can be connected from the Growth plan.** If you're on a plan below Growth, clicking **Data Connect** opens the notice **This service is available from the Growth plan**. For details, see [Connecting Naver GFA](/guide/en/startguide/connect/ad/gfa.md).
{% endhint %}

* Check the ad channels you can connect below and see their data connection guides!
