# Connect your store

Regardless of **how many accounts or brands** you run, just enter your account details to connect all the stores you operate.\
For **stores Laplace doesn't support yet**, you can connect them through a store management solution such as **EasyAdmin or Sabangnet**. If you don't use such a solution, you can also upload your data to a **spreadsheet**.

* Laplace keeps developing connectors so customers can connect channels in Korea and abroad. If you want to integrate data before a connector is available, we recommend a spreadsheet connection.
* Connect stores from the **Connect your store** category in the left rail's **Data Connect** › navigation panel, and overseas stores from the **Connect To Global Shopping Mall** category.

## Check connection progress

1. Once you start connecting, **Collection jobs in progress** on the connector screen shows the current step. It proceeds in this order: **Verify access** → **Fetching data** → **Organizing and aggregating** → **Done**.

2. When you're on another screen, check running jobs and completed connections in **Jobs & data status** on the right of the top bar.

It may look like **the data connection is stuck on one step for a long time**, but don't worry! For store data, it can **take 12 hours or more depending on the amount of data** being loaded (data since the store opened, number of orders, etc.). When the connection is complete, we'll notify you at the email you entered when you signed up.

If the step hasn't changed after several hours, try again with **Refresh** from ⋯ (**More actions**) on the right of the row in the connection table, or contact us using the link below.

## Connect To Global Shopping Mall <a href="#global" id="global"></a>

* Import order and sales data from overseas stores. Sales in foreign currencies are converted to Korean won (KRW) with the **Data management** › **Exchange rates** settings, so you can view them alongside your other channels.
